About

Built Around Distribution. Driven by Supply Chain.

A Super Stockist and regional distribution operation based in Hisar, Haryana, operating since 2017.

Who we are

A regional link between principal companies and distributors.

Hardik Enterprises has operated since 2017 and functions as a Super Stockist, supporting the distribution of products from principal companies to distributors across Haryana.

The business manages the movement and availability of goods from principal companies, through inventory and warehousing operations, to distributors across its assigned markets. It is not a manufacturer or a freight company. Its role is to hold stock, fulfil distributor requirements and keep represented products continuously available in the market.

That role carries a wide set of supply-chain responsibilities: procurement and replenishment, order processing, billing, dispatch, transportation coordination, distributor servicing, scheme coordination, in-house credit and receivables management, and the reverse movement of goods for returns and replacements.

The lines we handle, LED lighting, woodworking adhesives and fans, move through the trade much as fast-moving consumer goods do: high volumes, frequent orders and little tolerance for stock-outs. That is why the business is run, first and foremost, as a supply-chain operation.

Hardik Enterprises operates at full capacity. We keep a large on-ground team in place across every function, from order desk and billing to the godown floor and dispatch, so that work is not held up by a shortage of people. The result is short lead times, steady output and a pace that holds when volumes rise.

Who we work with

One operation, serving both ends of the chain.

A Super Stockist sits between the company that makes the product and the distributor who takes it to market. We are accountable to both.

How we work

The principles behind the operation.

Availability first

A product that is not in stock cannot be sold. Keeping the right goods available is our first responsibility.

Speed with accuracy

Orders should move quickly, and they should be right: the correct product, quantity, rate and invoice.

Clear dealings

Schemes, claims and our own accounts with distributors are kept transparent and up to date.

Close the loop

A delivery issue, a replacement or a return is not finished until it has been resolved for the distributor.

Sustainability & safety

Running the operation responsibly.

A distribution business moves goods, uses vehicles and employs people on a godown floor. We try to do each of these with care.

Sustainability

Practical measures that reduce waste, fuel and paper in day-to-day working.

  • Energy-efficient products, LED lighting and BLDC fans, are central to the portfolio
  • Market-wise load planning cuts part-loads and repeat trips
  • Sound cartons and packing material are reused for onward and return movement
  • Digital orders, invoices and proof of delivery reduce paper
  • Defective products go back to the manufacturer through reverse logistics instead of being discarded

Workplace safety

Simple disciplines that protect the people who handle the goods.

  • Cartons are stacked within safe heights, with fragile goods kept apart
  • Aisles and exits are kept clear, with fire-safety equipment on site
  • Staff are instructed in safe lifting and handling
  • Vehicles are maintained and checked before dispatch
  • The godown is kept orderly, well lit and regularly cleaned
